Welcome to the Financial Coaching Cats!
Thank you for scheduling a financial coaching session with Financial Coaching Cats! We’re excited to support you on your journey toward greater financial confidence and well-being. This intake questionnaire helps us get to know you and your needs before your financial coaching session so we can make the most of our time together.
We’ll ask a few questions about your background, your current financial situation, and your goals. There are no right or wrong answers. Just answer as honestly as you feel comfortable. Your responses will help your financial coach tailor the session to your needs and give our team a better understanding of who we’re serving so we can continue to improve the program.
All information you share is confidential and will only be used for coaching and program improvement purposes, in accordance with the University of Arizona policies and as outlined in the Financial Coaching Cats program client consent form which you signed.
